Born in Belfast 1955, schooled until age 16 then joined the Royal Air Force. Great life, would recommend it to everyone who enjoys an active outdoor life. Left 17 years later in 1989, moving to a senior IT role with a local company for 9 years then went to work for myself. It was always going to be a 5 year project then, hopefully, retirement, and thanks mainly to the very special clients that looked after me along the way, it worked.
Married with two Children (Great TV Show, Al Bundy - my hero). Freudian slip there so we'll start again. Married to Susan, my beautiful blushing bride for 29 years, soul partner, best friend ever(that should earn me a few smartie points). Both girls, Abbe and Aprille, lead independent lives, enjoying life to the full. I'm very proud of their achievements in life. Abbe has provided me with a grandson.
As a teenager I was very much into motorcycling then sold it when I left home, got married, had children, a mortgage, all the usual things. .....And then one day........ I bought another bike! It's become such a passion that I have become actively involved in road safety and safer biking.
